Asia-Pacific Iberoamerican Observatory is the program of Casa Asia (Spanish public consortium) whose main objective is to facilitate knowledge of Asia Pacific at the Ibero-American nations, to contribute to closer economic relations, business, academic, cultural and cooperation between two areas.

In order to achieve its goals, the Observatory offers updated and practical economic and entrepreneurial information through its website (www.iberoasia.org) and its electronic bulletins.

Originally from Florida, USA; Zachary has spent over 10 years in China.  He's worked in the Moving and Relocation Industry for seven years in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.  Presently he looks after the South China business for UniGroup and has been in his current role for the last 3 years.  A fluent speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese he holds degrees in Finance and Asian Studies from Florida State University.

Michael L. Hetzel is the Vice President / Americas of Pro QC International, a quality and engineering services firm with operations in over 30 countries, and is based at the Pro QC Americas headquarters near Chicago, IL, USA.
 

Michael frequently publishes articles and speaks at events worldwide on the subjects of quality management and global trade flows.  He has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, including 9 1/2 years as CEO of a U.S. manufacturing company, over 18 years in international trade, and is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank Chicago District Industrial Roundtable along with serving as a director on several corporate boards.

Jennifer Stepniowski is the Regional Operations Manager based at the Tampa, Florida, USA, office of Pro QC International, a third party quality and engineering services firm with operations in over 30 countries.

She has extensive marketing and international business experience, nearly ten years of experience in the quality industry and also serves as an adjunct professor of business courses at the local community college. 

Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida.
